some things are just too clingy...
Yup, I did another HumAliens update today, but instead of doing Robots, which is the last HumAliens factions, I did the subset of cards known as Team cards. These are the ultra powerful cards in the game, so most of them are rare, if not promos. I think Justin Hillgrove did some really good images there though. It's a pity that this set was never published.
The MND tournament started today as 8 people signed up. Team Marshfield got the first 3 games and won. It's not surprising though, the other players in the field are almost novices when compared with Team Marshfield. I'll have to do the standings table probably after a day or two, but I'm sure Team Marshfield will rule the field in this tournament since it's not as strict.
Ed announced the next official CCGW tournament. It seems HotS as I call it affectionately, or Honor of the Samurai will be next on the hitlist on April the 10th. Prizes are silver tokens - 35 of them to be given away, which is good. I'll have to start convincing people to play in it. Hopefully the Doomtroopers will show up to play there as well.
I thought Logan has finished up the redesign of Shadowrun. He's not. But things looks interesting. He's documenting things as much as possible and it seems he's really enjoying all this. Sounds good to me.
Tomi's expected Kult update finally got released and I think he had to scale back a few things. It's a pity though. I wonder what he'll work on next. Kari is still trying to get his LotR Gondor Wraiths to work. I think it's funny, but it's something he enjoys playing, so why not, I guess. I played a game with the Fighting Hobbits and discovered something interesting. I think I'm going to make a variant of that deck when I have the time.
Otherwise it's a quiet day.
